Rekomendasi
  1. Setiap kasus susp Campak yang ditemukan, lakukan pengambilan spesimen serum darah sesuai SOP kemudian kirim ke Laboratorium rujukan, pengobatan simptomatik, Pemberian Vit. A dosis tinggi, dan penyelidikan epidemiologi disekitar tempat tinggal kasus.
  2. Setiap kasus GHPR yang ditemukan lakukan respon tata laksana kasus sesuai SOP berupa cuci luka dan pemberian VAR, lakukan upaya preventif berupa sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tetang bahaya rabies utamanya pada daerah yang memiliki kasus GHPR yang tinggi.
  3. Diharapkan kepada Kab/Kota yang belum lapor pada minggu ini, untuk segera mengirim laporan susulan.
  4. Diharapkan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kab/Kota untuk melakukan umpan balik (feedback) untuk laporan mingguan kepada Puskesmas diwilayahnya masing-masing dalam bentuk bulletin.

Definition
EWARS (Early Warning Alerts and Response System) is a software that can display "alert" or early warning for 22 kinds of potential disease outbreaks, if there was an increase of cases exceeds the threshold value of a region.

Objectives
The objective of EWARS is to detect and response every outbreak potential disease rapidly and timely, so there will be no wider public health problem occur.

Background
Early warning outbreak System (SKD-KLB) is an awareness of potential disease outbreaks and the factors that influence it by applying the epidemiology and surveillance technology used to improve the responsiveness of preparedness, efforts and countermeasures outbreaks quickly and precisely. The average of timeliness for weekly report in 2005-2009 was 65%.

Method
The process of sending report were carried out every week and in each level, starting from data collection at the sub health centers, village midwives and Private Clinics, the health center, district level, provincial and central level. Data received at the health center, then forwarded to the district / city level via SMS standardized, whereas at the district level, provincial and central level have been available EWARS. The results will be displayed from this system in the form of tables, graphs and maps.
